Theresa Cavanaugh

Theresa Cavanaugh is the owner of Junction Insurance Agency, which opened in September of 2018. Licensed in Property, Casualty, Life, and Health insurance, she helps individuals and businesses protect what matters most.

The vision for Junction Insurance Agency is simple: to help people and businesses safeguard themselves against the risks of an ever-changing world. Insurance can be complex, but the focus remains on making coverage understandable, personal, and tailored to each client’s unique needs.

A Wisconsin resident for more than 30 years, Theresa embraces the state’s changing seasons. Outside of work, time is often spent with family, reading, hunting, and fishing. She is the proud mother of three children and grandmother to six grandchildren—who are happily spoiled and then sent home.

Theresa is an active member of the Brillion Optimists Club and is passionate about giving back and supporting the local community through volunteer efforts.

Often asked about her “why,” the answer is simple: helping people. Insurance provides the opportunity to be there during life’s best moments and to offer guidance, support, and advocacy when the unexpected happens.
